Talk Under the Chatbar

Here is a cheat that will let you talk while standing under the chat bar.
       
  1. Go to the Mine Shack and walk to the lower left corner.

  2. Walk to the other end. You will get stuck in the middle. You can do whatever you want while standing there, including talking.
